I went in cold and gutted it out — but pain, that old friend, became the great teacher. I followed my buddy Dr. Kelly Starrett’s protocols on The Ready State (floss and stretch) and it helped a lot. But one-handed wraps on standard med bands kept making me feel really dumb so we added an Anchor Loop. I’m still really dumb but at least we solved this problem!
